We’ll start the morning with the ladies from Detox Yoga Studios doing a vinyasa flow yoga in the hemp fields! Starting your day with a movement practice will have you centered, energized & ready for anything the day has in store!
Following yoga, join us for our ‘Wild & Free’ Festival where over 15+ vendors from the St. Louis & surrounding areas will be set up under the oak trees with their amazing products. We’ll have food trucks, live music, and lots of places you can lounge & enjoy the day!
